The maintenance of the future guarantees highest production efficiency, reduces the TCO, increases the profit and guarantees highest availability and flexibility. Digitization and the resulting networking of process management and plant operation make the maintenance technician the backbone of Factory 4.0. The Smart Maintenance Pavilion is therefore an important dialogue platform, not only for maintenance experts.
Following its successful premiere in 2018, the Smart Maintenance Pavilion is now an integral part of automatica and will again be placed in the IT2Industry exhibition area in 2020. The Pavilion demonstrated the importance of Smart and Predictive Maintenance in automated production processes.
The Smart Maintenance Pavilionoffers a compact mix of information, practical examples and field reports. On the one hand, this includes real applications on the exhibitor side and in the Demopark Maintenance; on the other hand, in-depth specialist knowledge - conveyed in a practical manner in so-called "Meet the Experts Workshops" and in specialist lectures at the IIoT Forum, which is open to all visitors.
