On the one hand, it acts as an industry showcase, meeting point and dialog forum with an attractive supporting program; on the other hand, it offers each exhibitor an individual stage to present themselves: a digital brand room.
Thanks to its digital platform, automatica sprint has unlimited reach and is easily accessible to all target groups. But above all, it serves as a global stage for exhibitors to generate new international contacts. What else does it offer? Apart from matchmaking, networking and streaming, it also offers a subject-specific supporting program. The munich_i high-tech summit is a special highlight that all visitors to the digital platform can join and interactively participate in free of charge. This is our way to create additional momentum and reach new target groups – to your benefit as an exhibitor.

The digital brand rooms were the very heart of the automatica sprint digital platform – and offered a contemporary alternative to virtual exhi-bition stands and traditional exhibitor catalog entries. This is where company profiles – e.g. relevant key facts, contacts, links, images and vide-os – were posted and entered into the automatica product and industry sector directory.
Furthermore, the online participation fee included access to a video chat function during the exhibition, an export function for your contacts, a social media booklet with tips on how to boost your visibility, and the Digital Platform guidelines.
Additional tools and advertising options – such as push messages, highlighting in the exhibitor directory, use of automatica social media chan-nels, company sessions, leads export, TrustedTargeting as well as logo and banner placements – could be booked with ease using our Easy Upgrade, Premium Upgrade and Professional Upgrade digital packages.
With our leads export functionality, exhibitors could decide for themselves when to qualify leads – during or after the trade fair. All platform visi-tors who viewed company profiles, products, employee portraits, or a sponsored session were considered leads. A lead became a contact as soon as a two-way interaction occurred.
Exhibitor presentations in the form of Company Sessions were available separately – for live presentations, panel discussions, or pre-recorded streams.
